'Cherish your dream' Card

This was a challenge set by Scrapville. Below is my take on the card. For every challenge i try to do something different. For this one i have sewn 4 pieces of material together with my sewing machine (that was fun). I then hand sewed the material onto white card stock.

'Siblings' Layout

Well the weekend just gone was an excellent time to craft. It was cold, raining and windy. Below is a layout called 'siblings'.

For this one i used the new 75 Cents range from kaisercraft. I also used a kaisercraft swirl with some bling. I found some old material and i made the flowers from the TH die. The scrabble tiles i took from a scrabble game found in the garage.

Spring Fling - Feb Challenge

Here is my entry for the Spring Fling Retreat that Tattered Inspirations are holding. I am starting to work my way through some old photos. This layout is of my dad (OMG with hair) and his mum in the garden in 1973.

Ok. Here is this months challenge.
I am still experimenting with glimmer mist. I was very happy how this turned out.

Till next time

Kaisercraft Saturday Challenge - Best Friends

This is the first time i have completed a kaisercraft challenge. For this month's theme 'Best Friends' i have completed a layout of my mum and her twin sister celebrating their 60th Birthday Party.

Products used:
For this one i used lots of different Kaiser products that i had in my stash.
The main background paper i used was a paper called 'Regal' from the Dutchess collection. The paper down the right side i used 'Estelle' from the English Rose collection. I also used the mini alphas by kaisercraft and some chocolate bling from Kaisercraft. The Stickers i used in between the photos on the right and under the large photo was from the 'Chapter One' collection . I also used some old lace on the right hand side to give it a vintage look.
